Have you ever felt so messed up and miserable lately?
Do you find it difficult to cope your sadness, your loneliness, or your loss?
Sometimes, we simply cope our sadness, loss, and loneliness by sharing with people around us.
But how if in some reason, we just can't share it with others?
These steps are what I'm doing if I get depressed, loveless, friendless, and feel so-all-alone. Well, you can follow these ideas as well, or not. haha

Inhale... Exhale..... Inhale... Exhale....
You can repeat this activity for about 2-3 minutes. By taking some deep breath, you will fill your lungs with fresh air which can purify the oxygen in your blood. Don't forget to make sure that there is no pollution in the air (I prefer doing it at dawn).

Do you think that you are the one who got trouble? or have you ever thought that you are the one with bunch of misfortune fate?
Re-think thousands times, pals! Look at the mirror and draw your best smile. You can talk to yourself that you are worth anything. :)
3. Bookstore heals your head and heart at the same time.

Reading is another remedy for your mind. You may read any book you want. From the heavy books such as Al-Qur'an, hadits, fiqih, or Quantum theory, until the lighter books like novel, comics, or cooking books. You can have it all in a bookstore or library (in case you don't wanna buy anything. hehe). Reading a proper books will divert your messed up mind into something else. Moreover, we often find some advice, action, words and problems that match or similar with ours. It'll so much help us in cooling down our mind and sometimes it might help us solving it.
4. Save some cash, grab your backpack and go traveling.

It's totally a dead end! I can't figure it out myself! Better I end all this (then take a knife and kill yourself).
Whoo... come on!!! That's the stupidest thing which always done by COWARDS. Chill out! Your problem won't be solved by doing that silly way. All you have to do just give yourself some breaks. You've earned your monthly salary, right? You've saved some of it, right? What for?? Well, this time you ought to spend it properly then. Firm your heart, browse some nice place to visit, grab your old backpack, get packing and JUST GO! Traveling by yourself or with your friend is worth it to try. Don't forget to push yourself to talk to some local people. Don't be shy. They will gladly greet and welcome you, I believe. Last important thing is BRING your CAMERA ;)

Devil Wears Prada.... Titanic... The Lord Of The Rings... Shrek... Sherlock Holmes... Hantu Jeruk Purut... The Curse of Chucky.... bleh bleh bleh..
Sooo many good movies you can watch. You may simply download it from your laptop or else you can rent a DVD. There are so many alternative ways to enjoy movies today. Remember, you may watch movies but not watch TVs. What I mean is TV will present you a bunch of less valuable programs including their commercial breaks that leads you into a consumptive and ungrateful person. If you still love your TV, then forget the program, watch the movies only. Often, more or less, the dialogues or the act reflect your life stories as well as its problems and its solver. Then, you may have been inspired by the spoiler the movies made, and grab some ideas to end your problems.
6. Above all, REMEMBER THIS: Every believer knows Allah is the BEST problem solver.

Feeling awful? So lonely and miserable? NO MORE TIME for that!
This may sound a bit superstitious or seem to be patronizing. But hey! Have you ever tried it?
You may think that the REAL EFFORT is everything. But it will feed your soul nothing without believing the 'THIRD MASSIVE HAND' which manage all your plan right in sequences beautifully.
Start visiting your church, your mosque, your sanctuary! Just keep silence, close your eyes, and try to feel the peace within. You'll see what happen to your heart. If it doesn't feel lighter, I'm sure that there must be something wrong with your faith.
So, those are what I'm doing to brush my pain in my butt. hehehe
